Walked in Monday morning and everything was set up. Nick stayed for the first 20 minutes to walk us through the kitchen. Will absolutely return.
Sold out in 90 minutes. The wood-fired oven is a dream and the corner location is a magnet for walk-ins.
Cleanest commercial kitchen I've ever rented. Espresso machine alone is worth the rate.
